Multi-step forms for any website.

A multi-step form asks one question or a small group of questions per screen, with a progress bar, instead of showing every field at once. LeadsOnSite lets you build one by dragging, add it to any website with one script, and see which step people abandon.

When a multi-step form makes sense

Use one when you need more than a few answers. For a name and an email, a single short form is still the better choice.

Common questions

What is a multi-step form?

A multi-step form splits its questions across several short screens, usually with a progress bar, instead of showing every field on one page. Each screen asks for less, and you can see exactly which step people leave on.

Should I use a multi-step form or a single-step form?

Use a single short form when you only need a name and an email. Use a multi-step form when you need several answers, such as a job description, a budget and a timeline, or when later questions depend on earlier answers.

Can I add a multi-step form to WordPress, Shopify, Webflow or Wix?

Yes. You paste one script into the head of your site once, and it works on any platform that lets you add code to your pages, including through Google Tag Manager. The install guide has the steps for each platform.

Can I see where people drop off?

Yes. LeadsOnSite shows views, starts and submits, and which step or field people abandon, so you know which question to change.

Build your first multi-step form.

What do you want more of?

Step 1 of 2. This is a multi-step form, and the button you pressed is a floating button.

Get the 12-point popup checklist

This popup opened on a click. On your site it could open after a delay, at a scroll depth, or when someone heads for the tab bar.

Demo only. Nothing is sent.

Leaving already?

Your pointer just headed for the tab bar, so this exit-intent popup opened. It shows once per visit. On your site it is the last chance to keep someone who was about to go.
